EUROPEAN MANAGEMENT CONSULTING INSTITUTE Ltd. (EMCI) was established in 2000. The founder of the company, Csaba Benkö, obtained his experience in the area of personnel consulting in Budapest from 1992, further developed them in Prague from 1994, and in 1995 he collaborated in establishing an international renowned personnel consulting company in Bratislava, of which he also was a partial owner.
The name of the company refers to the geographical location, to its roots set in this area, to the roots that the company is proud of.
The name expresses the hope and belied that the countries of Europe shall unite - in political, economic, social and cultural sense - and shall create a single unit.
EMCI has dynamically developed, unifying young passion with creativity and professionalism, still fully accepting conservative values.
